📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute content strategies that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Write compelling copy for email campaigns, website content, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative content ideas.
• Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and content creation.
• Manage and curate content calendars to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
• Assist in the creation of multimedia content, such as infographics, videos, and animations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing.
• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual design.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
