HR & Recruitment Specialist - Personalia Staff

Ega Tekelindo Prima is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR & Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Jakarta Raya. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a pivotal role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and overall HR operations. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company. You will also be involved in the onboarding process, employee relations, and HR policy development. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions and specifications.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, applicant tracking, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
• Provide support to the HR team in various HR-related tasks and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
