📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks using our espresso machine and other brewing equipment.
• Operate our point-of-sale system to process customer orders and payments accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring each customer has a positive and enjoyable experience.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee and F&B industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with basic inventory management and POS systems.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
