📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock movement, and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Implement and monitor operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the operational team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Utilize ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle for inventory management and reporting.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for operational enhancement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management within the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of managing warehouse and distribution operations.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus.
