📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Host and produce live broadcasts on radio and digital platforms, ensuring high-quality audio and video output.
• Engage with viewers and guests in real-time, fostering a vibrant and interactive audience experience.
• Operate broadcasting equipment, including cameras, microphones, and mixing consoles, to deliver professional live content.
• Collaborate with the production team to plan and execute live events, interviews, and special broadcasts.
• Adapt to changing broadcast requirements and technical challenges, ensuring seamless live coverage.
• Promote Island Wave Media’s content through social media and other digital channels.
• Conduct on-air promotions and sponsorships to enhance our audience reach.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in live broadcasting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in live broadcasting, preferably in radio or digital media.
• Proficiency in using broadcasting software such as OBS Studio, vMix, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and entertain audiences.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for storytelling.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
