📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical manuals.
• Support compliance with quality and safety standards, such as ISO 9001 and OSHAS 18001.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Use industry-standard tools like AutoCAD and SolidWorks for technical drawings and design.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new processes.
• Ensure all technical documentation is accurate, current, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment, preferably in process improvement or technical documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Knowledge of quality and safety standards, such as ISO 9001 and OSHAS 18001.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
