📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track overdue accounts using our in-house CRM system.
• Communicate with debtors through phone, email, and in-person visits to negotiate payment plans and resolve delinquent accounts.
• Document all collection activities and follow up on unresolved cases.
• Provide regular reports on collection activities and progress.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures related to debt collection.
• Collaborate with the collections team to ensure consistent and effective debt recovery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection or related fields.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
