📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage administrative tasks to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Coordinate and supervise purchasing activities, including vendor negotiations and order processing.,Manage logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse activities, and transportation coordination.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to administrative and logistics operations.,Provide training and support to staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of administrative and logistics functions.,Handle any other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative and logistics management roles.,Strong understanding of purchasing and logistics processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office and ERP systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to business operations.,Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
