📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Oversee inventory control and stock management to maintain optimal levels.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure smooth receipt and distribution of goods.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior warehouse staff to ensure high performance and compliance with company policies.,Prepare and maintain detailed reports on warehouse activities and inventory levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and inventory control.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
