📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop the entire human resources function, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, and advise management on HR-related issues.,Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Lead and mentor HR staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective functioning of the HR department.,Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to improve the employee experience and engagement.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.,Oversee the payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.,Collaborate with senior management to drive organizational change and improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR generalist roles, with at least 2 years in a senior HR position.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.,Proven ability to lead and mentor HR staff, and to drive organizational change and improvement.,Experience in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
