📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook meals for patients and staff according to the hospital's nutrition guidelines.,Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in the kitchen.,Manage kitchen inventory and ensure that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.,Work with the nutritionist to develop and implement new menu items.,Train and supervise junior cooks and kitchen staff.,Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean, well-maintained, and in good working order.,Participate in quality control checks to ensure that food is prepared to the highest standards.,Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a cook or chef in a hospital or healthcare setting.,Experience with hospital nutrition guidelines and menu planning.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Valid food handler's certificate or equivalent.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
