In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and develop solutions to address them.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs meet their needs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their professional goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.
