📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.,Answer and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records.,Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Assist with event planning and coordination when necessary.,Monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.,Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of English is a plus.
