Bit Life Sejahtera is seeking a talented and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking vehicle usage, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.,Oversee the fuel and oil consumption of the fleet, ensuring cost-efficiency and minimizing waste.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of vehicles and timely return of vehicles after use.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs, and generate reports as required.,Ensure that all vehicles are properly insured and that insurance policies are up-to-date.,Investigate and resolve any issues or concerns related to the fleet, working closely with maintenance and repair providers as needed.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other stakeholders as needed, ensuring they have the resources and information they need to do their jobs effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as transportation, logistics, or business administration.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of fleet management best practices.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems, such as Geotab, Fleet Complete, or similar.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular focus on Excel and Word.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices related to vehicle maintenance and operation.
