📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and develop elite training programs for padel players.
• Oversee daily operations of the academy, including coaching sessions and player development.
• Manage facility maintenance and ensure top-notch equipment availability.
• Collaborate with the Director of Padel Academy to set and achieve training goals.
• Use PowerPadel for player tracking and performance analysis.
• Coordinate with local and international coaches to enhance training programs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract top talent to the academy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sports management or coaching.
• Proven track record in developing elite training programs.
• Certification in sports management or a related field.
• Familiarity with PowerPadel and Google Workspace.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for padel and a commitment to the sport's growth in Indonesia.
• Bachelor's degree in sports science, physical education, or a related field.
