As a Mandarin-Speaking Operations Management Trainee, you'll dive into the day-to-day operations of our hotel and resort properties, gaining hands-on experience in areas like front office management, housekeeping, and guest services. You'll work closely with our Mandarin-speaking colleagues to ensure seamless communication with our Chinese guests, while also learning to manage and optimize our operations using industry-standard tools like QMIS and Opera.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
• Support housekeeping operations, ensuring all rooms are clean and ready for guest arrival.
• Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking colleagues to provide excellent guest services to our Chinese clientele.
• Learn and utilize QMIS and Opera software for efficient operations management.
• Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your leadership and management skills.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations through feedback and suggestions.
• Support the team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to learn and grow.
• Valid SIM card and ability to work in Bali.
