📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators and staff.,Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.,Handle and resolve logistics-related issues and complaints.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and industry standards.,Ability to lead and mentor a team.
