📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits,Identify areas of risk and compliance issues within the organization,Develop and implement audit plans and procedures,Conduct audits and evaluations of various departments,Prepare detailed audit reports and recommendations,Collaborate with management to address audit findings and implement corrective actions,Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulations,Provide training and guidance to audit staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CMA, or CISA),Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
