📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of captains.,Ensure the safety and well-being of the drivers.,Oversee the operation of the fleet, including maintenance and logistics.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the company.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on the performance of the team and the fleet.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in training and development programs for the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or in a similar role.,Proven track record of leadership and team management.,Good understanding of fleet management and logistics.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with company policies and procedures.,Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
