Indonesia Telecom is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Accountant to join our finance team in Tuban. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.,Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and finance staff.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis tools.
