Crown Local Dinamis is looking for a motivated Junior HR Officer to join our team in Palu. As a Junior HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various HR activities. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or those with limited HR experience to gain valuable insights and develop their HR skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job advertising, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in the onboarding process for new employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and issues.,Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned.,Support the HR team in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.,Maximum age of 25 years old.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
