Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documents.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the company's diversity and inclusion initiatives.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with data analysis and report generation.,Experience in managing a team and leading projects.🛠️ Keahlian
