📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to help employees grow.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Handle employee relations, addressing conflicts and concerns to maintain a harmonious workplace.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.
• Coordinate benefits and compensation programs to attract and retain employees.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to improve our HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
