📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the BullionStar showroom in Bali, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
• Manage and mentor a team of retail professionals, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles.
• Implement and execute strategies to enhance sales and drive revenue growth for the showroom.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and promote special offers, events, and promotions to attract and retain customers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, including those related to precious metals trading and investment.
• Leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions and continuously improve the performance of the showroom.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
• Represent BullionStar Pte Ltd at industry events and conferences, both locally and internationally, to showcase our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in luxury retail, with a proven track record in managing high-end showrooms and driving sales.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of the precious metals market, including trends, regulations, and investment opportunities.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of retail professionals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
• Proficient in using retail management software, such as RetailPro or similar, to streamline operations and track performance.
• Familiarity with the local market in Bali, including cultural nuances and consumer behavior, is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Certification in luxury retail management or a related field is a plus.
