📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their goals and develop their skills.,Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure that team members are meeting their targets.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that projects are aligned with the overall goals of the company.,Ensure that all team members are aware of company policies and procedures and that they are being followed.,Attend and participate in team meetings and other relevant events to ensure that all team members are up-to-date with the latest information and developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in the industry.,Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
