🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 10+ years of experience in a leadership role within the technology industry.
• A proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams and driving technological advancements.
• Expertise in cloud technologies, particularly AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms, such as Slack, Zoom, and Asana.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
