UNITY Mandiri is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Production Supervisor to join our team in Ciputat. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a passion for quality and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in overseeing the production process to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that deadlines are met.,Coordinate with production teams to address any issues or concerns.,Maintain accurate records of production data and report to the Production Supervisor.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Support the Production Supervisor in training and developing production staff.,Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards.,Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with production software and tools is a plus.,Understanding of safety regulations and standards is a must.,Ability to travel to different production sites if required.
