Tech Star Ekspansindo is seeking a dedicated Assistant Banquet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of banquet events. If you have a passion for event management and a keen eye for detail, we invite you to apply.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of banquet events, including guest lists, seating arrangements, and event schedules.,Provide support to the Banquet Manager in setting up and managing event logistics, including catering, decor, and equipment.,Assist in the preparation of event materials, such as invitations, menus, and program books.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and quality of services.,Assist in the execution of events, including setup, service, and breakdown.,Provide excellent customer service to event guests and ensure their satisfaction.,Maintain accurate records of event-related activities and expenses.,Assist in the preparation of post-event reports and follow-up communications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in event planning, coordination, or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with event management software and tools is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
