📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and increase sales.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Monitor store performance against sales targets and take corrective actions as needed.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects positively on the company.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is required.
