📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Monitor and report on financial performance and trends,Conduct audits and reviews of financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness,Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders,Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants and finance team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus
