In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, providing product information, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their purchases and provide product information,Ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers,Stock and organize products on the sales floor,Maintain a clean and organized sales area,Process customer payments accurately and efficiently,Promote sales and special offers to customers,Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise,Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or retail environment,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs,Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
