📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the outlet's inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate and organized.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of the outlet for events and promotions.,Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of the outlet for customers.,Support the team in achieving sales targets and outlet performance goals.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet, adhering to health and safety standards.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Familiarity with inventory management and basic stock control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic office software and tools.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 kg.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
