📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Process and reconcile bank statements, payroll, and other financial transactions,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Provide financial reports and analysis to support decision-making,Supervise and mentor junior bookkeepers and accounting staff,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting,Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international financial reporting standards
