📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.,Develop and implement a menu that aligns with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.,Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients, and manage inventory and purchasing.,Train and develop junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage food costs and ensure profitability of the kitchen.,Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing a kitchen team and delivering high-quality food.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local ingredients and culinary trends.,Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent is a plus.,Experience in a high-volume restaurant setting is a plus.
