📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver customized HSE training programs tailored to mining operations in Papua Barat
• Create interactive e-learning modules using SAP and Microsoft Office tools
• Conduct hands-on workshops and practical demonstrations to reinforce learning
• Evaluate training effectiveness through detailed assessments and feedback mechanisms
• Stay updated with international standards like OHSAS 18001 and ISO 45001
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety training into operational workflows

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE training and development
• Certification in OHSAS 18001 or equivalent international standard
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong understanding of mining operations and safety regulations in Indonesia
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently in remote and challenging environments
• Fluency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken)
