📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit schools to assess their educational needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct training sessions for teachers on using our educational tools and platforms.
• Monitor the implementation of our educational programs and provide feedback to ensure effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and students.
• Collaborate with the Ruangguru team to gather insights and improve our educational products.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices to enhance our offerings.
• Provide ongoing support to schools to address any issues and ensure smooth operation of our programs.
• Generate reports on the impact of our educational initiatives and share findings with the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in education consulting, teacher training, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with schools and teachers.
• Proficiency in using educational software and tools, such as Google Suite, Zoom, and educational platforms like Ruangguru.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to travel extensively within Bali to visit schools and conduct training sessions.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian education system and local educational practices.
• Passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on students' learning experiences.
