📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the restaurant's standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Manage kitchen inventory and ensure timely restocking.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.,Assist in special events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef or Deputy Chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of working in a high-volume restaurant environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Valid food handler's certificate.,Familiarity with kitchen management software is a plus.,Ability to speak English is a plus.
